7. Payment Terms
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for such Service. You agree to provide Bottler with accurate and complete billing information.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Bottler may change the fees for the Service at any time with notice to you.
8. Termination

BOTTLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTTLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
